Shipping destinations

Authentic Agility Games currently ships website orders within the United States.

Standard shipping

Standard shipping is free. Most orders using standard shipping are expected to arrive within 3–7 business days after the order is placed. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

Express shipping

Express shipping may be available for $15. The estimated delivery time shown at checkout is one business day. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be emailed to the address provided during checkout after the order ships.

Shipping addresses

Please verify your shipping address before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment has begun.

Delayed, lost, or damaged orders

If your order is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@authenticagilitygames.com with your order number and any relevant photographs. We will review the situation and help determine the appropriate next step.
