Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, and proof of purchase is required.

Please do not send a return before contacting us. For standard returns, customers are responsible for return shipping. We do not charge a restocking fee. Discounted items follow the same return policy. Gift cards are nonrefundable.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We will cover return shipping and make it right.

After we receive and inspect the return, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. We do not offer direct exchanges. You may return an eligible item and place a new order.
